Summer Infant Inc. announced a voluntary recall of nearly 2 million
Mother's Touch/Deluxe Baby Bathers.The bathers were sold nationwide at
mass merchandise stores and online from September 2004 through November
2011 at a cost of between $15 and $30.If the bather is lifted or carried
with an infant in it, the folding wire frame can suddenly break free
from the side hinge, dropping the infant out of the bather.This poses
the risk of a fall hazard and serious head injury to the infant.
